1. Q: What do the number and stars mean next to the product?


A: These images represent the maximum or minimum amount of time before the products are dispatched. The products with 24h are usually dispatched within 1 or 2 hours of your order, depending on the time your order is placed. On Order images represent the products in which we dont keep in stock or usually take longer than 3 days to get to us from the suppliers.

2. Q: What are your shipping rates?  

A: Shipping rates vary from FREE delivery to a standard R 400 delivery for certain areas around South Africa. The shipping rates are calculated from the volumetric and or the actual weight of the product (Whichever is greater), this is only in effect if your order needs to be sent on the courier. If you are not sure what the shipping fees will be to your area, our system will quote you before you confirm/pay for your order.

3. Q: How long before I recieve my order?  

A: Depending on what time your order is placed, it can range from 1-2 hours or less, but can also run up to 3-7 working days depending on what is ordered and where you live in South Africa. 4. Q: Are all items available for collection?  

A: Yes all items are available for collection. Please keep in mind that we will send you an email to let you know once your items have been processed and are ready for collection. A: Add the items to your cart, click on view cart and our system will quote you before you confirm and pay for your order.

A: To register as a shopper, click the login button on the top left hand corner of the page.

Click on the Create an account link and you will be directed to a page that looks like this:
