Shipping rates are calculated from the order spend/weight/volumetric weight. Surcharges may apply for orders over 30kg, this changes based on the area that your parcel needs to be delivered to. For the moment all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg. 

To get a quote, add items to your cart, fill out your billing/delivery address details during checkout and our system will quote you. Alternatively you may email [email protected] with your address and what item/items you’d like to order and their quantities and we will email your quote to you.

Depending on what time your order is placed, it can range from 1-2 hours or less, but can also run up to 3-7 working days depending on what is ordered and where you live in South Africa. If you would like to get an estimated time of arrival, send us an email on [email protected] asking us for an ETA on the products.

Unfortunately our collection points and warehouse is closed to the public during COVID-19. We will however be performing deliveries as normal.

Hopefully later in 2021 we will open our collection points and warehouse to the public for collections.

Yes we deliver worldwide.

Unfortunately due to safety concerns for the drivers we do not accept cash payments on delivery. However if you’re located in Certain areas in Gauteng we’re able to bring a credit card machine with us to complete payment on delivery. If you’d like to know if you fall in this area, during checkout our system will show “Card Payment On Delivery “ as a payment method during checkout.
