Established in 1994 in South Africa, Health and Hygiene (Pty) Ltd is an SME pharmaceutical company with a modern 2300 m2 GMP licensed facility for the formulation, manufacture and marketing of disinfectants, antiseptics and veterinary medicines. The results of the latest APVMA international audit conducted in March 2015 positioned Health and Hygiene (Pty) Ltd in the top 15% of the manufacturing facilities audited worldwide. As a holder of a SABS Quality Mark our manufacturing facility is audited annually by the SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) in addition to random audits by the DAFF Act 36/1947 inspectors.

F10 Products

F10® products are comprised of a hygiene and infection control range and a topical treatments products range. F10® products are all independently assessed by regulatory authorities and registered (currently over 50 products) in the USA, UK and Europe Middle East, and Australia and NZ). They are sold in 36 countries, commonly into exotic animal, wild life and zoos, and companion animal sectors but in some countries, e.g. South Africa, also into the production animal sectors with an extended products range.

Other high performance demanding users include pharmaceutical manufacturers (sterile and non-sterile areas) and SPF laboratories. F10® products are market leader in practice hygiene products in Australia and South Africa where in addition a number of the treatment products are also leaders. Over 755 veterinary establishments are currently (Sept 2015) using F10® products in South Africa. F10® products are stocked by all national veterinary wholesalers.
