How does Pro-Kolin work?

Pro-Kolin contains beneficial micro-organisms which are naturally found in the microflora of healthy gut. It also contains kaolin and pectin — natural binding agents which coat the lining of the gut, and prebiotics, a selective source of food for the beneficial micro-organisms within the gut.

When would you use Pro-Kolin?

There are numerous causes of digestive upset: Stress, a change of diet, the use of antibiotics, general anaesthesia, worms or a bacterial infection, etc. A disrupted gut microflora means that there is an overgrowth of ‘bad’ bacteria — triggering symptoms such as diarrhoea, loss of appetite, discomfort or excessive wind. A solution is to help restore the gut microflora fast, using an effective probiotic preparation in conjunction with kaolin and pectin.

How do you use Pro-Kolin?

Pro-Kolin can be given orally for as long as considered necessary. There are no restrictions on the use of Pro-Kolin — even foals with digestive upsets have been known to benefit.

Cats & Puppies: 1-2ml, 2-3 times a day
Adult Dogs: 2-5ml, 2-3 times a day
